More About Joe
Now more than ever, employers face increased pressure and scrutiny from regulators, investor advocacy groups, and internal stakeholders to be more transparent with data and policies related to workforce diversity and compensation. Clients turn to Joe to provide strategic insights and proactive solutions regarding affirmative action compliance and pay equity, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Joe advises employers on their workplace legal and compliance requirements under federal, state, and local labor and employment laws, with a particular emphasis on the nondiscrimination, affirmative action, and reporting requirements enforced by the US Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). He has helped clients in the telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, and defense industries manage and defend OFCCP compliance evaluations, mitigate their affirmative action and systemic discrimination risks—specifically in the areas of talent acquisition and compensation—and develop legally defensible diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
Since beginning his practice in equal employment law and contract compliance in 2015, Joe has represented several Fortune 500 companies in the successful defense and closure of more than 50 systemic hiring and compensation discrimination investigations led by the OFCCP.
Joe appreciates the opportunity to help employers facing increased workplace compliance risks. Clients can rely on him to minimize these risks by leveraging data analytics to develop innovative, practical, and goal-oriented solutions.
