About the Program

On Thursday, December 7th, Seyfarth immigration attorneys, joined by Distinguished Immigration Scholar and former Seyfarthian Randy Johnson, will discuss the dynamic world of U.S. immigration regulations, spotlighting the recently proposed regulatory changes to the H-1B visa classification. The rule promises to significantly affect the employment of sponsored non-immigrant workers in the U.S. The panelists will analyze the substance of the proposed rule, its political context, and how businesses can start planning for its impact.

Understand the broader implications of this proposed change and the far-reaching impact it will have on businesses seeking to hire H visa beneficiaries in the U.S.
